CRM Specialist

Job description: 

  • Engage customers in products and services by building good rapport, answering their questions and offering targeted information about other products and services based on their interests and needs
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information 
  • Drive sales of clienteles’ products and services through direct marketing strategies  
  • Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Keep track of customer interactions, inquiries, and comments with details of any actions taken
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals
  • Develop understanding and expertise in all aspects of business operations
  • Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in a customer service, retail or sales is preferred. 
  • Candidate must possess min. Bachelor degree
  • Outstanding communication
  • Comfortable with retail fashion
  • Must be comfortable addressing and engaging our customers
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
