Job description:
- Engage customers in products and services by building good rapport, answering their questions and offering targeted information about other products and services based on their interests and needs
- Open customer accounts by recording account information
- Drive sales of clienteles’ products and services through direct marketing strategies
- Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Keep track of customer interactions, inquiries, and comments with details of any actions taken
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Develop understanding and expertise in all aspects of business operations
- Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in a customer service, retail or sales is preferred.
- Candidate must possess min. Bachelor degree
- Outstanding communication
- Comfortable with retail fashion
- Must be comfortable addressing and engaging our customers
- Works well in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to maintain accurate records
